Are you fatigued, bloated, have not-so-great skin, have digestive issues, have low energy, suffer from mood issues, have joint pain, struggle with weight issues, and deal with stress and anxiety? Do you feel older than you should? Do you know you’re not as healthy as you should be? Have you already been on your wellness journey for a while now? Do you have a small hurdle to overcome, yet can't quite overcome it? Have you hit a roadblock or plateau and are not sure which direction to go? Spend an initial hour with me, reviewing your health history, your eating habits, your lifestyle habits, etc., and I’ll coach and empower you into getting one step closer to a healthier you! You’ll learn how to eat yourself healthy, and we’ll gain insight in getting you closer to overcoming any road blocks you may have, and determine any questions you may need to address with your doctor and/or labs to request from him/her? Together, we'll begin to formulate a basic plan for moving forward and check-in with you for a 30-minute follow-up two weeks later, plus a month of meal plans along with meal planning guidance, a detailed list of anti-inflammatory foods to eat, and unlimited email support between the initial consult and the follow-up.
